  Yes. The free plan is permanently free with no credit card, no free-trial timer, and no ads. You get one concurrent player and 100 track plays per UTC day.

• How do I sign up for free Lavalink hosting?

  Click 'Start free', sign in with your Discord account, and copy the API key from your dashboard. Point your bot at gateway.lavahost.net using lavalink-client (or any Lavalink v4 client) and you're connected.

• What happens when I hit 100 plays in a day?

  Further PATCH-player calls return HTTP 402 Payment Required until 00:00 UTC, when the daily counter resets to zero. Existing players keep streaming - only new track starts are blocked. Upgrade to Starter ($4.99/mo) or higher to remove the cap.

• What music sources does the free plan support?

  Every source the paid plans support - all the major streaming providers plus direct URLs (tracks, playlists, albums, artists). The free tier is not feature-limited, just usage-limited.

• Can I run my Discord bot on the free Lavalink server forever?

  Yes. There's no time limit. As long as you stay within the 1-concurrent-player and 100-plays-per-day limits, you can run your bot on the free tier indefinitely.

• Do you log my audio or inject ads?

  No. Lavahost is a managed Lavalink node - it proxies the Lavalink protocol your bot already speaks. We don't decode audio, don't inject anything into the stream, and don't store track content. Lavahost is invisible to your end users.

• What if I outgrow the free plan?
